Cheryl Strayed joins us from Portland, Oregon. In her memoir, titled "Wild," Strayed describes how this untamed piece of nature in America broke her down and eventually built her back up again. But Cheryl Strayed decided to take on 1,100 miles of the trail alone on an impulse after a series of life-changing events.
